The Brain & Behavior Research Foundation is committed to alleviating the suffering caused by mental illness by awarding grants that will lead to advances and breakthroughs in scientific research. Since 1987, the Foundation has awarded more than $360 million to fund more than 5,000 grants to more than 4,000 scientists around the world.
Led the development of a scalable brand and campaign system to unify communications across digital, print, and fundraising touchpoints—improving clarity, consistency, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Built a flexible visual system—including typography, color, and modular components—designed to scale across campaigns, donor communications, and ongoing institutional messaging.
Partnered with marketing, development, and leadership to align creative strategy with fundraising goals and audience needs, translating complex research into clear, compelling visual narratives.
The system improved consistency across campaigns, increased efficiency in content production, and contributed to a threefold increase in fundraising engagement by strengthening clarity and cohesion across donor touchpoints. It also enabled faster production cycles and more consistent execution across teams, supporting stronger engagement trends over time.
