The San Diego Regional Center is one of 21 centers in California providing essential services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This work focused on strengthening how the organization communicates its mission, services, and values—translating complex, human-centered systems into clear, accessible, and cohesive experiences.

Led the development of a unified brand and digital experience system designed to improve clarity, usability, and engagement across key touchpoints. Defined visual language, typographic hierarchy, and modular design frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.

Partnered across stakeholders to align communication goals with user needs, positioning design as a critical tool for improving access, understanding, and trust.

Resulted in a more cohesive and accessible communication ecosystem, enhancing the usability and reach of services for diverse audiences.
